What are the methods using which
I would be able to upload the balance?
There are 3 methods available:
Scratch Cards: You would have to carry Telenor scratch cards with you. You can upload the scratch card by dialing *555*14-digit number# and press OK/Send button.
Scratch CardS: You would call the following number +923455555900, hear the IVR prompt, press 2 and enter the 14-digit number (international calling rate apply).

You would have to ask someone you know in
Pakistan to visit an easyload retailer
and transfer the balance to your number while
you are on roaming. This is the recommended
option so that the subscriber avoids carrying
the scratch card while traveling.

Are there any charges for receiving
SMS charges while the customer is on roaming??
No there are no charges for receiving SMS.

Would I be able to receive SMS from other
international operators while on roaming?
Yes! You would be able to receive SMS from
other operators in Pakistan if they have international
roaming agreement with the operator whose
services you are using on roaming such as
Eitihad Etisalat in UAE,
Mobily in Saudi Arabia.

Would I be able to inquire about the
available balance while on roaming?
Yes! You can use the standard balance inquiry command *444# and press OK/Send button to inquire
about the balance, another option is that
you call at the number +923455555900 and follow
the instruction (international calling rate
apply.

Would I be charged for any calls received while on roaming, if yes at what rate?
Yes!You would be charged for receiving any
calls while on roaming. Incoming call charges
vary from operator to operator.For further

international operators?
Yes! You would be able to receive calls from
other operators in Pakistan. They will just
be charged an off net call. You can also receive

I would call in case there is any problem/issues?
There are two options for you to get any help:
Option 1: You can call at
+92 42 111-345-100 (international calling
rate apply when you are calling from abroad)
and you would be connected to Telenor call
center.
Option 2: You can call at
the roaming partner's helpline eg for Mobily
in Saudi Arabia, it is +966560101100. Charges
are Rs. 17 per minute (exclusive of taxes). |
