The IVR Process
Live chat with other online users once you enter into the Online Zone. Press ‘1’ on the Main Menu to enter the Online Zone. To start chatting with online users, follow these steps, as prompted by the IVR:
Enter the Offline Zone to listen to messages left by your chat buddies in your Mail Box. If your SMS Notifications are activated, you will receive an SMS every time a buddy leaves you a message that can be retrieved from the Offline Zone. If SMS Notifications are deactivated, you can still hear messages left by chat buddies in your Mail Box, but will not be notified by SMS of new messages. To enter the Mail Box from the Offline Zone:

SMS Notification
You can enable SMS Notification to be notified every time your buddies come online, or leave you an Offline message.

In case, you do not have a Mail Box, the IVR will prompt you to create one.
Chat Buddies
Once your SMS Notification is active, you can add friends to your Chat Buddy List to be notified on SMS each time they come online.

In the Online Zone, upon receiving a message from a friend, you will hear the following prompt:

- Press '1' for Online Zone (Live Chat)
- Press '2' for Offline Zone
- Press '3' for Conference Call
- Press '4' for Meeting Guidelines
- Press '6' for Notification Zone and
- Press '9' for Information Zone
- Follow the simple IVR for further instructions.

- Select your gender by pressing the relevant number.
- Select the gender and the age group you would like to chat with.
- Record a 5-second voice message and (optionally) select background music for this message.
Enter the Offline Zone to listen to messages left by your chat buddies in your Mail Box. If your SMS Notifications are activated, you will receive an SMS every time a buddy leaves you a message that can be retrieved from the Offline Zone. If SMS Notifications are deactivated, you can still hear messages left by chat buddies in your Mail Box, but will not be notified by SMS of new messages. To enter the Mail Box from the Offline Zone:
- Press '2' in the Main Menu to enter the Offline Zone.
- Press '1' to go to Mail Box and follow the self-explanatory IVR prompt
Conference Call
- Third option along with Online and Offline Zone, where user has an option to join a discussion room and discuss different topics with other users online in the room.
- Maximum users per room is 6. if 7th user comes a new room would be forked which will be transparent to the user.
- 2 rooms will always be available.
- Friendship Room
- Promotions ( 8 topics/events can be promoted at a time)
- Total number of users that can use this option is 60

- Press '1' to go to Mail Box and follow the self-explanatory IVR prompt to create your Mail Box.
SMS Notification
You can enable SMS Notification to be notified every time your buddies come online, or leave you an Offline message.

- Press '6' for Notification
- Press '1' for Notification activation/deactivation
- Press '9' for Information
- Press '0' for going back to the Main Menu
- By Pressing '1', the user will be prompted to Press '1' to enable/disable notification or press any other key to continue.
In case, you do not have a Mail Box, the IVR will prompt you to create one.
Chat Buddies
Once your SMS Notification is active, you can add friends to your Chat Buddy List to be notified on SMS each time they come online.

In the Online Zone, upon receiving a message from a friend, you will hear the following prompt:
- Press '1' to reply
- Press '2' to replay
- Press '3' to Skip
- Press '4' to add/delete to Chat buddy List
- Press '4' to add or delete your friend in the chat buddy list.
