Following is how you can make a BGM call

Dial 666 and Press 1 to make the BGM call or Press 2 to listen / edit songs in your existing BGM playlist
BGM playlist consists of 10 songs, amongst which 3 are set as default songs that can replaced; additionally now you can also use default sound effects like boo-ing someone on hot key 8 and burping sounds effect on hot key # during the BGM call. Sound effects are also replaceable.
If you don’t wish to add any new songs or sound effects to your existing BGM playlist than you can directly Dial B-Party number with prefix 666 e.g. 66603xxxxxxxxx

Calls can only be made to Mobile Operators in Pakistan
Customer can Press 0 to discontinue the existing call and dial another number
Validity of the Content (Song or Theme) is for 30 Days – Upon 30 days there will be Auto-Renewal unless opted out

How can I make a BGM call directly without having to browse the IVR?

You can simply directly Dial B-Party number with prefix 666 e.g. 66603xxxxxxxxx. At any point during IVR browsing also, you can make a BGM call by simply Pressing '0'

How many songs are available as default in my BGM playlist?

You can listen to your BGM playlist by dialing 666 and Press “2” to add / edit songs and sound effects
Top 3 songs of the BGM playlist are default and replaceable by Pressing “3” after or during the song
Other 7 songs are all preview files and NOT part of the customer’s BGM playlist, however if the customer wishes to purchase the song while previewing than he can by Pressing “3”
2 sound effects are also available as default which can be replaced; all new sound effects purchased will be set on hot key 7, 8 and *

Which 2 sound effects can I play during my BGM call and how?

Default sound effects during BGM call, like boo-ing someone is on hot key 8 and burping sound effect is on hot key #

How do I purchase a song or a sound effect on the IVR?

While listening to your BGM playlist you can Press '3' at any time to purchase a new song or sound effect

I purchased the song on the IVR and pressed "0" immediately to make a BGM call but my song was not playing during the BGM call?

If you purchased the content, you will receive an SMS confirming your purchase, until than the content will not be added in your BGM playlist.

How do I delete a song from my BGM playlist?

If you want to delete a song / sound effect immediately from your BGM playlist:
On 30th day if you do not have the balance of more than Rs.25, the service is de-activated.
Delete upon content auto renewal:
After 30 days a song / sound effect purchased will be auto renewed with an opt out option. You can simply reply to the SMS and follow instructions

How do I shuffle songs during my BGM call?

During a BGM call, you can Press "1" to listen to the next song, Press "2" for the previous song, Press "3" to pause and resume the song and Press "4" to restart the song from the beginning.

How do I control the volume of the BGM during my call?

During a BGM call, you can Press "5" to increase the volume and Press "6" to decrease the volume
