A corporate customer signs up for the Corporate RBT service for a flat monthly fee.
Customized RBT / Jingles can be used (max 25 sec).
Using the E-RBT Management Tool, their employees can be added, grouped and assigned with the company's unique RBT content(s) by time, day and/or active period.
The Corporate RBT system plays the selected clips to callers while they wait for the corporate employee to answer the call.
Corporate RBT will not interfere with personal / default RBT after assigned time slot.

How to use acquire Corporate RBT Solution:

If you are Telenor customer, please contact your designated Corporate Sales / Relationship Executive and he/she will assist you in getting an account created.
The content of the RBT will be provided by the Customer. RBT length should not be more than 25 seconds.
RBTs will be applied on the corporate numbers provided by the customer.
If customers wish to assign employees into different group having different RBTs, the details will have to be provided accordingly.
