Activating Direct Debit

Both existing and new customers can avail this wonderful facility offered by Telenor. To activate the Direct Debit Service, visit nearest Telenor Sales & Service Center (S&SC).  All you need is a valid and active credit card registered under your own name.  You can also get a credit waiver by subscribing for Telenor Direct Debit Service.

Direct Debit Service Request without Credit Waiver
You will be required to fill in the Direct Debit mandate form to authorize Telenor to get your bill paid through your Visa or Master credit card. Please make sure you visit S&SC with following required documents to get Direct Debit facility activated on your Telenor Persona connection:

  • Copy of your CNIC
  • Original Credit Card
  • Front Side copy of your credit card

Direct Debit Service Request Credit Waiver
You will be required to fill in the Direct Debit mandate form to authorize Telenor to get your bill paid through your Visa or Master credit card. You will also be required to fill Credit Application Form for credit waiver. Please make sure you visit S&SC with following required documents to get Direct Debit facility activated with credit waiver on your Telenor Persona connection:

  • Copy of your CNIC
  • Original Credit Card
  • Last three months credit card bill statements as proof of available credit limit
  • Front Side copy of your credit card
