Both CNIC and credit card should be registered under the name of customer requesting Direct Debit facility.

There should at least be left three more months in credit card expiry at the time you request the Direct Debit Activation.

If the available credit card limit on your credit card is less than the outstanding bill, it will not be possible to settle your cellular account. In this case you will have to pay your current bill at S&SC center. However, DD facility will not be terminated and next bill will be paid through DD facility provided that available limit on your credit card is more than new outstanding bill.

After three unsuccessful Direct Debit payments (3-bills) because of unavailability of credit limit on your credit card, the DD facility will be automatically terminated by Telenor.

Credit waiver will be approved within two hours of application submission in working days subject to approval from Credit & Fraud department based on Telenor Pakistan Credit Waiver Policy.

Telenor will make best efforts to approve all credit waiver requests, however, it is sole discretion of Telenor Pakistan to approve or disapprove any waiver request.

The security deposit waiver will be only applicable till the time account is on direct debit.

In case of existing customer requesting credit waiver, the credit limit will be enhanced by security deposit waiver amounts mentioned in the
Credit Waiver Policy
