If Telenor has introduced new price plans, does that mean the old ones are no longer applicable?
The old price plans will no longer be offered for sale. All new customers can select from new Exciting Price Plans.
If I am an existing Telenor Post-paid Customer, can I avail the new price plans?
Yes you can. You will be migrated to the price plan you choose.
Do I need to pay something for migrating to another price plan i.e. changing my package?
There are no charges for package plan change.
What are the different modes of payment?
You can pay your Postpaid bills through cash , eload and/or cheque at any Telenor Sales and Service Center. Kindly note that amount will be credited to your mobile account upon clearance of cheque witin 3 working days for local cheque and 7 working days for outstationed cheque.
Can I change my package plan before my bill day?
Yes, you will receive an SMS after your package plan is changed.
Do I receive a call or SMS after my Package plan is changed?
Yes, you will receive an SMS after your price plan is changed.
What will be my due date for bill payment?
Bill date will remain the same as previous.
Can I get tariff information via email or through fax?
Yes, you can get the tariff information via email or fax. To get information via email or fax, email your request to Telenor345@telenor.com.pk or fax the same at (042)111-345-200.
Is there any change in security deposit?
There’s no change in security deposit. It will remain as it is.
Can I change my billing address?
Yes you can do that, please call 345 and get in touch with our Customer Services Rep who will change it for you.
Can I change my package by calling 345?
Yes, you can request for change of package plan by calling 345 if you have the required security deposit for the desired package plan. You can also visit your nearest Telenor Sales & Service Center & Franchise outlet for the change of package plan.. |
