Step Charging & SMS Discount for UK:

Please find below the offer details:

"Call UK (Landline) at 50% discount after 5 minutes and send SMS at 50% discount to any number in UK"
Call rate would be Rs 0.5/30 sec
  1 Rate applicable on all calls after 5 minutes (UK-Landline only)
  2 For the first 5 minutes normal call rate of Rs 0.99/30 sec would apply
  3 Discount only available for Non-FNF UK-L numbers.
SMS rate would be Rs 2.5/SMS
  1 Flat Rate applicable to All SMS sent to any land or mobile number in UK

Step Charging for UK (L) and SMS For UK (L+M) will be made live by End of business day, Today (18th January 2010).

The promotion of this offer will start via BTL Channel (bulk SMS) from 6:30 PM today, and will be escalated to ATL promotion by tomorrow.

Notes:
This offer is Not Available on FNF Numbers. All numbers entered as FNF will continue to be charged at flat rate of Rs. 0.75 per 30 sec.
The offers will be available to all Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers by default and they don’t need to subscribe for it.
This campaign will be promoted through both BTL and ATL communication channels.
This is a limited time offer.

This new offering is in addition to the three Step Charging Campaigns launched for Middle-east and Far-East Asian destinations in August, October and November 2009 respectively.
