What is a call setup fee?
It is a nominal charge of Rs. 0.40 that would be charged on a per call basis. For example, the first minute charging for Telenor to Telenor call would be Rs. 1.40 (Rs. 1.00 on-net rate and Rs. 0.40 call setup fee) and from second minute onward the rate would be Rs. 1.00 / min.
Is Call Setup Fee applicable on all Calls?
Call setup fee is only applicable on Onnet & Offnet calls
This fee is not applicable on international calls & Calls to IVRs/shortcode.
What will happen to all existing Talkshawk Packages?
No change, all existing Talkshawk customers will remain on their existing Talkshawk package.
Customer can select any of the existing Talkshawk Package by sending sms ‘migrate’ 345 or calling 345 661.
How can customer get this new package?
Customer can get this package by any of following ways.
Sending a message ‘Migrate’ to 345 and selecting Talkshawk A1 Package – SMS charges Rs 2+tax.
Calling 345 661 to migrate.
Going to nearest Telenor Sales & Service Center or Franchise.
Who can migrate to this new package?
All current and new prepaid customers can migrate to this new package.
What are the migration charges?
Migration charges are Rs 25 (inclusive of tax).
Why are we not providing Friends & Family on this new package?
The new rates (Telenor to Telenor Rs 1 per min and Telenor to any other network Rs 1.4 per minute rates) are as good as any Friends and Family rate in the industry therefore there is no need to have separate rates for F&F.
What will happen to already registered Friend & Family numbers?
Your Friends & Family numbers will not be deleted from the system. Once you convert back to a package that has this feature, FnF rate would be applicable.
Will customers on this Package be able to subscribe to current 'Free Mins & SMS on Recharge' Campaign?
No, this campaign is not available on Talkshawk A1.
What will be the effect on Scratch Card & Eload Validity?
All the validities will remain the same as of Talkshawk 30 Sec.
