Participants would call one easy and simple number and get connected with each other. Not only that, the solution also allows the users to take notes on the minutes of the meetings in the form of downloadable call recordings (in .wav format); accessible only to the power users. The application is easy and does not require any special application / software to run.

How to use Telenor Conference Bridge
The customer / initiator of the meeting will log on to the conference bridge webpage using a log in and password. A page will appear showing different time slots with 'Reserve' options. Customers can reserve a time slot. After that the customer will be required to set duration of the call and the number of participants and check box for 'recording the call'. They will be provided with a room number and room pin for security purposes. In addition to that it will also show fields to invite the users to the meeting room at the required timings and room details. Initiator will have to enter email and phone number and a system generated notification will be sent to the participants.

At the designated timings participants can join in by calling 0345 555 5506. Telenor users can also use short code 2345 and they will be guided to join the call by requesting room number details and pin number.
