What is a dynamic SIM Menu?
Telenor Pakistan's dynamic SIM menu is an easy access from your mobile to a number of service offerings including News updates, sport updates, downloads, entertainment etc. The dynamic SIM menu will be automatically updated on your SIM to include the latest offerings.
How can I get Telenor's Dynamic SIM menu on my SIM?
Requests for the Dynamic menu can be logged by either calling 345 from a Telenor number or by visiting nearest S&SC
Would I need a new SIM to get the dynamic Menu?
Telenor Dynamic SIM menu can be loaded into any existing Telenor SIM and there is no need to change your SIM.
How would I know if I have the Dynamic SIM menu?
Once the Dynamic SIM menu has been pushed to your SIM, you will be notified by a SMS message.

Are there any charges for dynamic SIM menu?
There are no Subscription/Activation charges for Telenor Dynamic SIM menu. Your dynamic menu is pushed free of cost on your SIM. Charges apply only when you use the services present in the Dynamic SIM menu.
Some of the menus are accessed instantly, however there is a lag in accessing some other menus, why is this so?
Part of the Telenor Dynamic SIM menu that is stored on your SIM can be accessed instantaneously. The other portion of the dynamic menu is fetched in real time from our dedicated servers and this is the reason for the lag in accessing some of the menus.
I have lost my Dynamic menu SIM, how can I get the Dynamic menu on my replacement SIM?
Please call 345 Incase you have lost your original Dynamic Menu SIM and wish to have the dynamic menu installed on your replacement SIM.
Why is there Delay in the response of Menu service?
Expected normal delay in a response during off-peak time should be less than 1 minute. Normal a Menu/service request is responded within 30 secs. If the service is accessed during busy hour, you may experience delays greater than 1 minute.
Why does it show ‘Please Wait’ message when I try to access a menu service?
This message is shown if you have requested a service or content from the SIM menu and will disappear once the content is delivered to your handset.
I cant go back to the main menu?
Depending on your handset make/model, you may face some issue in navigating the Dynamic SIM menu; you can select cancel instead of back option to access the dynamic SIM menu again through your handset.
Will I be charged if I have not received a response to my request made through the Dynamic SIM menu?
No, You will only be charged once you receive your requested content
