| Smart Tunes Features
To do any of the following activities on Smart Tune you need to be subscribed to this service.
Pre listening
You can listen to clips of Smart Tunes before you purchase or assign them.This service is available by dialing 230 and the web.
Smart Tune Code
You can view the Smart Tune Codes through which you can purchase the smart tunes by entering the code in IVR by dialing 230 or SMS.
Smart Tune Album
Smart Tunes purchased are saved in your Smart Tune Album which you can access by Dialing 230 or Telenor's website. You can Purchase unlimited number of Smart Tunes which will be automatically saved in your album.
To view your album Go to My Smart Tunes on the home page.
Ring Overlay
Turn ON / OFF ring overlay feature. This feature would play the "TU TU" (normal ringing) in the back ground of the smart tune.
This would help the callers (who are not aware of this service and are calling on a number with Smart Tune active) know that the call is connected along with the number of bells that they have given.
Go to My Settings & click to turn ON/OFF ring over lay on Smart Tune Home Page.
This service is available from the web only.
Album Management
Your Smart Tune Album Size is unlimited. You can purchase as many Smart Tunes as you want.With Smart Tunes, you can either select one common Smart Tune for all the callers or select up to 30 different Smart tunes for 30 different callers.You can personalize your Smart Tune album conveniently through the following features from Telenor's web site & IVR-dialing code 230.
Assign Smart Tune as default to all callers

Once subscribed, simply Dial 230 (Rs. 5 + Tax / IVR min) and follow the instructions to purchase, and assign Smart Tunes of your choice to phone numbers of your friends and family (please include some more detail regarding the IVR steps/buttons followed to purchase) |
Note: Wait for an SMS confirmation of your subscription and then start using Smart Tunes.You will recive the SMS with in 24 hours of subscription request.

To select a Smart Tune as default you first need to purchase it. |

When you have purchase the smart tune you will be informed "to set this Smart Tune as default press 1". Press 1 after this prompt to set that Smart Tune as your default Tune. |

You can also set your Smart Tune as default later by going in to the album management option on the IVR- dial code 230. |

You can assign your friend & family's favorite tunes to them. This way when they call you they can hear that particular tune |

To assign Smart Tune to any of your friend and family you need to be subscribed to this service first to select or purchase a Smart Tune. |

Assign Smart Tune to a particular caller from the IVR - Dial 230

To assign a Smart Tune to any one you have purchase the smart tune. When you have purchased a Smart Tune you will be asked if you be informed "to assign this smart tune to any one press 2". Press 2 after this prompt to assign the smart tune for any one. |

You need to enter the number you wish to assign the Smart Tune in the following format, "9234XXXXXXXX e.g. 923451234567". |

You can also assign the Smart Tune later by going in to the album management option on the IVR- dial code 230. |
Change assigned Smart Tunes
You can change a Smart Tune you have assigned to a friend at any time with a new smart tune.
Change assigned Smart Tunes from the Web
To change assigned Smart Tune for any of your friend and family you first need to be subscribed to this service.To change assigned Smart tune for a friend or family from the web go to My Contacts or My Smart Tunes on the Smart Tune Home page.
Change assigned Smart Tunes from the IVR - Dial 230
To change the Smart Tune for any of your friend or family you should have more than 1 smart tune in your album.Dial 230 than press 3 to enter you Smart Tune Album. Follow the simple instructions to change a Smart Tune you have assigned to a friend.
Change default Smart Tune to all callers
AYou can change the default Smart Tune with a new Smart Tune any time you want.

ATo change the Default Smart Tune you have to have more than 1 smart tune in your album. Dial 230 than press 3 to enter you Smart Tune Album. Follow the simple instructions to change the default Smart Tune.
Un-assign Smart Tune to all callers
At any time you can remove the Smart Tune and have the normal "Tu Tu" (ringing tone).
Un-assign Smart Tune to all callers from the Web
To unassign Default smart Tune from the web go to My Contacts or My Smart Tunes. When you have unassigned the Default Smart Tune all callers will hear the normal "Tu Tu". ringing tune.
Un-assign Smart Tune to all callers from the IVR - Dial 230
Dial 230 than press 3 to enter you Smart Tune Album. Follow the simple instructions to remove your default Smart Tunes.
Un-assign Smart Tune to a particular caller
You can remove a Smart Tune that you have assigned to a friend. After removing the assigned Smart Tune your friend will hear the default Smart tune.
Unassign Smart Tune to a particular caller from the Web
To unassign smart Tune from a friend or family from the web go to My Contacts or My Smart Tunes.
Un-assign Smart Tune to a particular caller from the IVR - Dial 230
Dial 230 than press 3 to enter your Smart Tune Album. Follow the simple instructions to remove a Smart Tune you have assigned to a friend.
Smart Tune Expiry
The Smart Tunes that are purchased are valid for duration of 30 days from the date and time of Purchase.
Note: On expiry you will receive a message from Telenor informing you that your Smart Tune has expired. If you want to extend the validity for that Smart Tune for another 30 days you can repurchase the tune from the IVR by dialing 230, by sending an SMS to 230 or by visiting the Telenor Smart Tunes Website.
Ring tone charges Rs 5 + tax will be deducted from your account for that Smart Tune Purchase.
To purchase any particular Smart Tune later Dial 230, send content ID through SMS or browse through the category menu on the web.
