Here's how you do it:
Customer can access the service by sending keyword IM to the defined short code 9394. To login, end-user needs to send <username> <password> to 9394. After logging in the user will be sent a list of his online friends with whom he can talk over SMS.

You will receive an SMS notification with your online friends (depending on which Instant Messenger client you have logged in to). Just reply to the message and start chatting instantly to the friend of your choice. Whether you're at home or on the go, IM over SMS is a great way to stay in touch with your buddies.
