What is Telenor Smart Mail?
Telenor presents Smart Mail – a Push E-mail solution that synchronizes all your E-mails, Calendars, and Contacts between your E-mail server and your mobile handset.

Corporate Users can use this service to remain connected to their offices, receiving official e-mails, synchronizing their calendars and accessing their corporate directories for contacts. Individual users can remain connected to their Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo or any POP server account.

Smart Mail is powered by Nokia’s Intellisync solution, one of the most popular mobile e-mail solutions in the world and it pushes e-mails, meeting requests, calendar updates and other information to a wide range of mobile devices in real time. E-mails, contacts, and calendars are fully synchronized with the e-mail servers, whether Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Domino, IMAP or POP3 mail accounts. Users can receive, view, save, edit and send Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and other attachments as well as receiving, editing or updating existing calendar entries and responding to meeting requests.

Smart Mail Packages
Telenor offers two Smart Mail packages for end users.

For organizations using Microsoft Exchange or Lotus Domino E-mail Servers, Telenor offers the Smart Mail Corporate Package.

For individuals who use web-based or POP3/IMAP accounts, Telenor offers the Smart Mail Individual Package.
