Can we migrate to other packages?
When a subscriber migrates to any new package his/her free minutes and SMS will be confiscated. But he is eligible for the bonus on recharge.
How does Free minutes work?
Free minutes will be counted on per minute pulse and is not dependent on the price plan pulse. Which means If subscriber on 'TS har second' makes 1 second call it will be counted as 1 complete free minute. Also if subscriber on 'TS 30 second' makes 30 second call it will be counted as 1 free minute.
How can customer check Free minutes & Free SMS Account information?
Free minutes and Free SMS balance can be checked through USSD *666#.
Can Free minutes be used for making calls to other mobile operators or PTCL?
No, free minutes can only be used for making onnet calls - Telenor to Telenor only.
Can Free SMS be used for other mobile operators?
No, free SMS can only be used for sending onnet SMSs – Telenor to Telenor only.
Can customer recharge through Scratch Card or Easyload to get bonus?
Both scratch card and easy load can be used for recharging and availing the bonus.
Do customers need to recharge in one go or in multiple attempts?
Recharge can be done in multiple attempts up till 31st July to avail Bonus
E.g Customer 'A' can reach Rs 500 mark by doing five Rs 100 recharges or by doing one Rs 500.
What happens if some customer receives/sends smart share during this campaign?
Amount shared between customers through Smartshare will not be part of this campaign!
What will happen to customers who fall between two recharge boundaries?
If some customer fall between two recharge boundaries, he/she will be awarded bonus as per lower amount.
For example if some customer recharges Rs 460, he/she will be awarded Rs 400.

When will bonus be awarded?
Bonuses will be awarded from August onwards.
How will be bonus be calculated?
Your bonus will be calculated on your cumulative recharge up to and including 31st July 2008. Your bonus will be given equivalent to your recharge rounded down to nearest hundred. E.g on a recharge of Rs 230 bonus of Rs. 200 will be given, on a recharge of Rs. 490 a bonus of Rs. 400 will be given. Relevant taxes will be applicable on the bonus. For example a person who gets a bonus of Rs. 100 will be given Rs. 85.
