Telenor Corporate SMS

Corporate SMS is an instantaneous broadcast messaging system that has been developed for business concerns that require making regular contact with customers and staff. It is the simplest way to access their direct or indirect associates without any restrictions on the number of intended recipients.

Corporate SMS allows you to create your own customized directory of groups for sending group messages. There is no limit to how many messages you can send to a group at any one time.

Solution Features

Users – Business subscribers can sign up for this solution
Mailing Lists - Subscribers can create unlimited number of mailing lists and maintain multiple groups for SMS recipients
SMS Message – Subscribers can create and save multiple message templates to send out for broadcast
URDU Message – Subscribers can create and send Urdu SMS messages to their recipients
Long SMS – Subscribers can send out a message with 765 characters at most. This message will be delivered to their recipients as one SMS and the subscriber will be charged for multiple SMS
Customized SMS – Subscribers can use the solution to send out customized SMS messages to recipients based on a single message template
Scheduler – Subscribers can broadcast their message immediately or schedule the broadcast for a later time and date
Recharge – Recharge your account whenever you need by sending a single SMS
APIs – Customers can use the open web-based APIs within their own in-house software to send out SMS messages
Masking – Choose to send your broadcast out from your phone number or your organization name
Usage Summary – Customers have a complete summary of their SMS messages sent out. They will be able to see if the SMS messages have been delivered to the recipients or not.

Packages
We are offering 2 packages:

Premium - Premium Corporate SMS account will have an approx throughput of 23-25 SMS per second.
Regular - Regular Corporate SMS Account will have an approx throughput of 8-10 SMS per second.

How to activate this service
In order to safeguard cellular users, companies will be required to sign an undertaking to limit the application use to its direct employees/customers only and maintain written prior consent from all the intended recipients.To request for an account, users can send an e-mail to corp.sms@telenor.com.pk. Once an account is created, customers can then log into the Corporate SMS website http://www.telenor.com.pk/csms/ and create their mailing lists and send messages from the system.To report any bugs or issues with the service, please send an e-mail to corp.sms@telenor.com.pk
