Talkshawk Voice Mail

Voice Mail Service allows your friends and family to leave messages on your mobile phone if you can not attend their call and you can receive those voice messages afterwards. Kindly call 345 to get this service activated.

Voice Message Service Works Under These Scenarios

1. If you are Busy
2. If you are Out of Coverage Area
3. If your mobile phone is Switched Off
4. If there is No Reply from your side

Start With 'Call Diverts'
Just select 'Call Divert' on your handset and here it goes. Select the condition, as per your requirement, on which you want to activate your voice mail service. For example, if you want to divert all voice calls to your voice mail box, select 'Divert All Voice Calls' on your handset. Now all incoming calls will be 'Diverted' to your Voice Mail Box.

Record your message (When you are a caller) after the beep on
Interactive Voice Recorder - IVR

Retrieval
Retrieve or 'Recover' voice messages on your handset. Just Dial
the following options (any one)

5. Through Speed Dial (handset specific feature - short key in the handset for forwarding number)

Note: To retrieve voice messages from your mail box, dial 500 from your Telenor number or dial 0345 5555502 from PTCL or any other mobile number.

This facility is not available if another Telenor number is being used to retrieve messages.

• There are no subscription charges to get the service activated
• To retrieve a message, Telenor-Telenor call charges would apply as per your price plan, charges as per 60-second pulse.

VAS Activation / Deactivation through SMS

Telenor Pakistan Subscribers (postpaid and prepaid) using this service can activate / deactivate Value Added Services directly through SMS.
