Telenor celebrates 150 years

Islamabad September 06, 2005: Telenor, one of Europe's largest telecommunications companies, is celebrating its 150 years. This event is also being celebrated in Pakistan, where Telenor started its operations on 15 March 2005.

The celebration is a commemoration of Telenor's history of providing innovative and cutting-edge technology in the telecommunications field as well as a positive nod to an inspiring future, especially with Telenor expanding aggressively in many developing nations in Asia. Telenor is already a well established name in various European countries.
