Telenor announces largest GPRS Roaming

Islamabad: Thursday, July 10, 2006: Telenor now has the highest number of GPRS international roaming destinations for any mobile phone company in Pakistan. With GPRS roaming in 17 overseas mobile telephone companies, Telenor subscribers can now easily access their e-mails and browse the web wherever they go, whenever they want.

Reaching 500 local destinations and extending to 125 countries through international roaming, Telenor now offers the largest GPRS roaming service in the following countries: United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Denmark, Hong Kong, Hungary, Norway, South Africa, Bangladesh, Bulgaria, Greece, Malaysia, Russia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Jordan.
