Telenor customers win millions just by using their phone connection

Islamabad, 16 January 2007: Telenor Pakistan held a prize distribution ceremony here today for six lucky winners following the end of the month-long Telenor Multi-Millionaire Celebrations campaign. The campaign resulted in 30 daily winners of Rs. 1 lakh, 4 weekly bumper prize winners of Rs. 1 million and one grand prize winner of Rs. 5 million.

On the occasion, Telenor Pakistans Director Sales and Distribution Jahanzeb Taj congratulated the six top winners, all from the North region, and thanked them for putting their trust in Telenor Pakistan. Adding on, Taj said the best way to reward customers is to listen to them, understand their needs and bring them simple solutions that add value to their daily life. No wonder then that Telenor Pakistan focuses on offering high quality service and products that are simple and affordable for the customer.

The Telenor Multi-Millionaires are from all walks of life: school teachers, NGO workers, businessmen, drivers, printers, office employees. Telenor customers won millions by using their connection more and more to make calls, send SMS/MMS or use GPRS from 13 December 2006 to 15 January 2007. The more balance they used, the more entries they got in the Grand Prize Draw. All Telenor Postpaid, telenor, Azadi and djuice customers were eligible to participate in the draw.
