This can be done within the portal, under the extensions tab. Here, the admin can create / edit / delete / activate / deactivate any extension by choice.

A call queue places incoming calls in line to be answered while extension users are busy with other calls. The queued calls are distributed to the next available extension in the order received.

Call parking is a method of putting someone on hold in the cloud so anyone in the organization can take the call.

CDR are available in the company portal (URL: https://telenor.m-pbx.com/company/login.html) under the Call Reports tab. Both inbound and outbound calls are visible separately

Any extension/agent can transfer the call just by dialing *1 before the destination extension. (For example: *1101)

What is the maximum length of an extension that a Telenor Smart Office user can define in the portal

Call conferencing can be used for both inbound and outbound calls. It is the same as making conference calls with our cellphones on regular network calls.

The call center feature that lets managers listen in on agents' calls in order to improve agent performance. Also called "agent monitoring" and "call logging," it can be done in real time with or without the agent's knowledge, or calls can be recorded for later retrieval.

Any extension/agent can transfer the attended call just by dialing *2 before the destination extension. (For example: *2101)

The Master number is blocked or suspended. The number must be in an active state for the IVR to play

By default, nationwide call access level is assigned in MPBX. International calls can be made from the mobile numbers but that will be subject to the IDD access level on the numbers, and that call will also be charged on that number. IDD calls cannot be made using the master number.

The customer can share the required number with the Telenor POC who can check the number’s availability.

Set out below are the terms subject to which Telenor Pakistan, pursuant to your request, is prepared to provide you with Telenor Smart Office Solution.

  1. All terms of the Postpaid Connection Form (PCF) executed by you (in respect of your Telenor Connection) shall be applicable on the provision of this service. In the case of any discrepancy between the PCF and the terms and conditions below, the terms noted herein shall supersede the terms noted in the PCF.
  2. Telenor issues no warranty in respect of the product or service, and Telenor’s only obligation in respect of any defect in the product shall be limited to making available to you (to the extent permissible and /or possible) the warranties issued by the supplier of the product.
  3. Telenor shall not be liable for any loss, harm, damage, expense etc. that you may suffer or be threatened with on account of any disruption or malfunction of the services or any defect in the service
  4. You acknowledge that pursuant to expiration or early termination of the agreement between Telenor and supplier of the product you may no longer be able to use the product in relation to these services and confirm that this shall not result in any claim against Telenor.
  5. You shall be liable to pay for the Telenor Smart Office solution. This obligation to pay shall be in addition to payment obligation for other services (e.g. hardware, data SIM etc.) that you may avail from Telenor.
  6. The pricing for the products and service offered under the Telenor Smart Office service shall be determined exclusively by Telenor, by reference to details of usage recorded by Telenor.
  7. This Contact shall commence on the date of approval by Telenor after signing of the form over leaf by the you and subject to the provision of this contract it shall continue thereafter unless terminated by either party by giving not less than one month's (30 days) notice in writing to the other party
  8. Telenor reserves the right to issue such instructions regarding use of the Telenor Smart Office Service as it may from time to time consider necessary to maintain the integrity, quality and safety of the services for all customer(s) and such instructions shall be binding upon the customer and deemed to form an integral part of this contract.
  9. The customer is personally responsible for the proper and lawful use of the Telenor Smart Office Service, communicated from the Customer Equipment which may be issued by Telenor including but not limited to Mobile phone, Telenor’s provided Admin Portal, Cloud based solution etc.  and SIM Card and shall neither use nor permit any person to use Customer Equipment, or the Service for prohibited purposes including:
    1. Sending abusive, offensive, indecent, obscene, obnoxious, marketing, spam or menacing messages or communication, or
    2. Intercepting or learning the content of any message on the Admin System, or
    3. Any improper, immoral or unlawful purpose, or for any purpose not recommended by the Customer Equipment manufacturers or TELENOR
    4. The System Services / SIM card is connected to be used in a Handset reported to be stolen.

Telenor has the right to treat the above use of the service as a ground for the suspension of the service or termination of this contact. 

You acknowledge that the product and services shall be provided subject to the terms of the agreement between Telenor and the supplier of the product.
