  • This can include the presence of the staff at office or field while marking attendance, while visiting some client, or spending the whole day within office or outside.

Telenor smart team is not network dependent service; however, the subscriber number should be from Telenor for charging purposes.

1. That the Executant on behalf of the Company has now requested Telenor Pakistan to provide the Telenor Smart Team facility for business purposes and to ensure employees security, on the connections/numbers obtained under the said Corporate Customers package.

2. That the Executant on behalf of the Company confirms and represents that all necessary consents from all the employees/users of the stated connections have been duly obtained for the activation of the Telenor Smart Team facility and the Company is lawfully competent to obtain, activate and implement the  Telenor Smart Team  service on all mobile connections obtained by it under the Corporate Customers package.

3. That if in Telenor Pakistan’s sole opinion there is, at any time whatsoever, any breach of privacy of an end user in any manner, the Executant shall not have any objection whatsoever if Telenor Pakistan withdraws Telenor Smart Team facility at any time without giving any notice to Company.

4. That the Executant on behalf of the Company certifies that the confirmations and statements herein made are true and accurate and valid. In the event the said confirmations and statements are in any way or manner found defective or invalid for any reason whatsoever, or if any defect or dispute or litigation of any nature whatsoever, whether in a judicial forum or otherwise arises with respect to the same, in respect of the same the Company hereby unconditionally covenants and undertakes to indemnify, and always keep indemnified, secured and harmless Telenor Pakistan and its  officers, directors, employees and representatives from and against any and all loss, damage, penalties, liability, payment and obligation and all expenses, including and without limitation to, reasonable legal fees incurred, suffered, sustained or required to be paid, directly by or sought to be imposed upon it. 

5. These undertakings and representations are in addition to the ones agreed through Service Contract dated: ___________executed between Company and Telenor Pakistan. The effective date of this representation/undertaking shall be the date of its execution or the date of the Service Contract, whichever is earlier. 


a) This Contract shall be for an initial term of ---- ( ) years commencing as of the Effective Date stated hereinabove till -------------- or for any additional term as may be mutually agreed between the Parties in writing (the “Term”). Upon expiry of the Term, this Contract may be renewed for a further term  year(s) upon mutual written consent of the Parties.

b) Termination without cause: Notwithstanding any other provision of this Contract, Telenor may terminate this Contract at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever, by giving the Customer thirty (30) days prior written notice.

c) Termination with cause.  Telenor shall be entitled to immediately terminate this Contract by giving written notice to the other if: 

i) the other Party commits a breach of this Contract (other than a breach capable of remedy); or 

ii) the other Party commits any breach of any of the provisions of this Contract which is a breach capable of remedy and fails to remedy the same within fifteen (15) days after receipt of a written notice giving full particulars of the breach and requiring it to be remedied; or 

iii) if that other Party suspends payment to its creditors or generally is unable to pay its debts as and when they fall due or suffers the making of an administration order or has a receiver (including an administrative receiver) or manager appointed over the whole or any part of its assets or if any order is made or a resolution passed for its winding up (except for the purpose of amalgamation or reconstruction) or if it enters into any composition or arrangement with its creditors or calls a meeting of its creditors with intent to enter into such an arrangement or composition or if it ceases to carry on business or the other party suffers the occurrence of any similar event. 

iv) Telenor in its reasonable opinion believes that the Customer cannot pay amounts due to it.

v) If the customer is sending abusive, offensive, indecent, obscene, obnoxious, spam or menacing communications
