If Gamebox is not working correctly (the app is crashing, you cannot download games or you notice any other errors), please contact us via our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/gamebox.pk

You can click on ‘subscribe’ within the Gamebox mobile application or visit http://www.gamebox.pk/view/account to re-subscribe to the service.

Upon un-subscription, you will be unable to play downloaded games or install new ones. You will need to re-subscribe and pay the weekly PKR 50 in order to resume enjoying playing games.

  1. To unsubscribe simply follow instructions received in authentication confirmation SMS.
  2. Visit http://www.gamebox.pk click on “Account” and click “Unsubscribe”.

If you need more information about charges on your phone bill related to Gamebox, cannot make payments or cannot unsubscribe, please contact us at our Facebook page www.facebook.com/gamebox.pk Be sure to include your phone number, service name (Gamebox) & any SMS messages that were sent to you about the payment.
