Payment and Delivery

You can choose to have your new SIMs and Devices (mobile phones, tablets and dongles) delivered to your doorstep (and paid for in cash) or you can choose to collect the ordered items from your nearest Telenor Sales & Service Center Franchises.

  • Operator Billing:
    All online subscriptions/activations for Offers, Bundles and Digital Services are paid for through operator billing i.e. the total amount will be deducted from your mobile balance.
  • Cash:
    Purchases of new SIMs and Devices (mobile phones, tablets and dongles) can be paid for in Cash when they are delivered to your doorstep or collected from our Sales & Service Centers Franchises.
  • Debit/Credit Card:
    Purchases of new SIMs and Devices (mobile phones, tablets and dongles) can be paid for by Debit/Credit Card when they are collected from our Sales & Service Centers Franchises.
