Purchase New Prepaid SIM or Mobile Broadband Device with Passport or Pakistan Origin Card

As per PTA’s directive, a customer can get up to 5 voice & data SIMs and 3 data SIMs

Customer’s document verification will be done by Telenor’s franchise staff

After successful verification, customer will need to fill paper based CSAF/ECSAF forms with mandatory fields i.e. customer name (first, middle, last), father/mother`s name, permanent address / local address in Pakistan, visa validity date, thumb impression with signature of customer, agreement of terms & conditions and declaration for misuse of SIMs by the customer, etc.

Following documents are required by the franchise to process customer’s request:

Copy of passport/overseas CNIC/POC

Proof of visa (should not be expired)

Complete CSAF/ECSAF forms

Customers are required to pay new connection charges as communicated by franchise staff at the time of purchase

The new SIM card  will be activated within 2 hours. In case of a Mobile Broadband Device (wingle, dongle, mifi), the number will be activated within 8 working hours

This is to inform all customers with overseas passports that their subscription will be blocked upon expiry date of their visa
