LAHORE, April 27, 2012: Director-General (Enforcement) Pakistan Telecommunication Authority Yawar Yasin (center) recently visited Telenor Pakistan's call center in Lahore to review SIM Pre-Sale Automation Process implementation. He was accompanied by Director Enforcement PTA Nayyar Hassan (1st from left). The Telenor Pakistan officials who received him and briefed him on steps taken at Telenor Pakistan to support PTA's new initiative were (L-R): Director Regulatory Salman Malik, Chief Customer Care Officer Bilal Kazmi, and Director Contact Center Habib Saqib. At the end of a thorough inspection, Mr Yasin appreciated Telenor Pakistan’s efforts in complying with the new process in true spirit.
