Get New SIM

You can buy a new Telenor SIM from any Telenor Sales & Service Center or Franchise near you.

Prepaid

The 3 step process to buy a new SIM has been designed to provide you with security and convenience.

Step 1 

Present your original CNIC or CNIC Number to our Customer Service Officers, who will use this to check your identity and the number of SIMs registered against your name. You are allowed to have a total of 5 SIMs registered against your CNIC.

Step 2 

If you are eligible to get a new SIM, your details will be entered into our system and you will be asked to undergo biometric verification by placing your thumb and/or index finger on the biometric machine for identity confirmation from NADRA.

Step 3 

Upon verification, you will be given your new Telenor SIM, which you can insert into your mobile phone for activation.

 

Postpaid

Deposit

Step 1

Present your CNIC or CNIC number to our Customer Service Officer, who will use this to check your identity and the number of SIMs registered against your name. You are allowed to have a total of 5 SIMs registered against your CNIC.

Step 2

If you are eligible to get a new SIM, you can choose your new mobile number and price plan. You will be requested to share your personal details for Telenor Postpaid SIM registration.

Step 3

Your details will be entered into our system and you will be asked to undergo biometric verification by placing your thumb and/or index finger on the biometric machine for identity confirmation from NADRA. Upon successful verification, you can simply pay the applicable deposit to our Customer Service Officer and your new SIM will be handed to you.

 

Waiver (Only available at S&SC)

Step 1

Present the following documents to the Customer Service Officer, who will ask you for details in order to complete the relevant forms for purchasing a new Telenor Postpaid connection:

  • Copy of CNIC
  • Copy of Utility Bill
  • Bank Statement/Salary Slip for Waiver Form

Step 2 

The waiver request will be sent for approval and you will be informed within 2 days of the outcome.

Step 3

If your request for a waiver is approved, you will be requested to choose your new number, price plan and collect your new SIM after biometric verification. If the waiver request is not approved, you can still get a postpaid connection by paying cash deposit.

 

Note

In the event we are unable to verify your identity or issue a new SIM, our Customer Service Officer will inform you of the reasons why and guide you towards a solution.
