What happens if I click outside of the free services offered by internet.org?
The data you use when you visit Internet.org free basic services does not count against your data plan. You will get a warning if you're about to visit sites outside of the free services, indicating that data charges apply.
What languages is the app available in for Pakistan?
Telenor customers in Pakistan can view content in Urdu and English.
How do I change the language of Internet.org?
For www.internet.org: If you’re in a country where Internet.org is available in more than one language, you can change the language by clicking “About Internet.org” at the bottom of the services list.
For the Internet.org app: If you're in a country where Internet.org is available in more than one language, you can choose your language by clicking “settings” in the menu tab in the upper right corner. Then click “change language.”
Why is internet.org free?
Many people cannot afford the price of data or understand what the internet can be used for. Internet.org is free so that people can have access to the internet and see the value that it can provide.
How do I make sure it is free?
You can test this by checking your balance before and after using Internet.org. If you're on Android, make sure you've turned your background data and notifications off.
