What happens if I subscribe to Internet bundling option?

The Internet purchased will be added to the already FREE Internet provided.

What will happen to the validity of Free Minutes/SMS/Internet if I subscribe to Voice/SMS/Internet bundling option?

The validity will be independant and not affect other bundle validities.

Free minutes can be checked through USSD *222#.
Free SMS balance can be checked through USSD *111#.
Free Internet balance can be checked through USSD *999#.
Charges: 20 paisa + tax.

How do I see how much I have spent to be eligibile for extra free minutes?

You can check how much you have accumulated through USSD *500#.

Can Free minutes be used for making calls to other mobile operators or PTCL?

No, free minutes can only be used for making Telenor to Telenor calls only.

Can we migrate to other packages?

When a subscriber migrates to any new package his/her free minutes, SMS and Internet will be confiscated.

What is the process of getting a SIM replacement?

If the qualifying customers have lost/damaged their SIM they can get a replacement SIM free of cost (Only once) from any Telenor Sales and Service Centre or Franchise during the duration of this campaign.

Can Free SMS be used for other local mobile operators?

Yes.
