You can Connect up to 10 devices. it has a six hour battery backup to make it a truly mobile device.

How do I reset my 3G Mobile Wifi Password?

You can click on the settings tab in your 3G Mobile Wifi interface and change the password in “Settings” profile and clicking WLAN setting, u can change the password in basic WLAN settings.

Default user name and password is

User Name: Admin

Password: Admin

Note: If default password doesn’t work please rest the device by pressing the reset button in the device shell and holding it for a full 10 seconds till the interface shows status as disconnect and connects again

How to install the device?

It is a plug and play device; which, as soon as it is connected to your machine it automatically installs the drivers, and starts working flawlessly.

How to activate and subscribe for free trial offer?

  • Buy any Telenor internet device with Data SIM
  • Activate the SIM via Biometric verification.
  • Dail *345*4005# in the self-service portal of the interface
  • The free trial will start 48 hours after subscription

Can I use my existing Telenor SIM to be used with the device?

Yes! You can use your existing Telenor SIM with the device after migrating it to a data package, which you can do so by dialing the USSD code *345*4006#. Once migrated, voice calls will be blocked on that SIM, so it is advisable to do the migration only if you have a spare Telenor SIM.

Can my device work with SIM of any other telecom company?

No! The device is locked to work only with Telenor SIMs

How can I recharge my Data SIM?

Your data SIM will have a unique number just like any SIM; this gives you the following options to recharge your 3G Connect.

How do I Subscribe/Unsubscribe to Telenor 3G Connect bundles?

You can dial the USSD code of an offer in the self-service portal, to see all packages click packages in the interface.

How can I check my Volume and consumption?

You can check your volume and consumption on the interface of your 3G Connect by clicking on balance check, or by dialing the USSD code *444# to check balance, and *999# to check volume.

Do I get Warranty with my device and what is the claim process?

Yes, all Telenor devices have a 1 year warranty. In order to claim your warranty, visit our nearest sales and service center, or call 345.

Can I send SMS using my device?

Yes you can send and receive SMS through the interface in the SMS section (Rs. 5/SMS)

How to check if I am in the coverage area?

In your home interface click the Self-service icon and then check 3G coverage or use *7799# short code. 

What is my number?

In order to check your number please click the my number button on the home screen you will receive a message in you inbox with your number

How can I choose network modes?

On the home screen you can choose Network Mode through which you can choose the network you want to use i.e. 2G, 3G or Auto for which ever is available

Which Operating Systems does the device support?

All devices support the following operating systems:
