Price:

Telenor Pakistan offer the exciting School E-cadmics on licensing based model. PKR 5,000 on boarding fee will be applicable on time of school onboarding (1time cost).

  • Standard Version will cost 35PKR +tax /student per month
  • Premium Version will cost 60PKR +tax/student per month

Is it mandatory to have Telenor’s connections for a customer willing to avail this solution?

No – Customer may have connection of other operators but only One Telenor SIM has be issued to the customer for charging purpose and same number will be used as admin number as well.

Can a customer avail this solutions and also wants to get new Telenor SIMs under the corporate account?

Yes, standard process for new B2B Account activation will be followed for issuance of GSM/Data SIMs along with singing of sign-up form for this solution.

Does customer need to print & sing/stamp the sign-up form on the stamp paper or letter head?

Sing-up form can be stamped/signed by the customer on plain paper.

What is the hardware/device requirement for this solution?

Android and iPhone users can run this application on their devices/phones. Users using feature phones will receive text messages regarding any update from the school.

How will the application be installed on the devices of users/admin?

Admin will access the application using web interface on their computer. Users (Parent/Student/Teachers) will be provided the link to download the application on their phone using (app store or play store) once the users are added by the admin.

What if for one student there are multiple users who wants to get updates from school, will the school need to pay for one license or multiple licenses considering multiple users of the application?

School will need to pay against each student irrespective of the users accessing the application for the particular student.

How will the new students be added in the application by school?

School admin can add new students data one by one however, for bulk addition school will contact the seller who will forward the request to Corp. VAS team for bulk addition.

Will the users/parents be charged for installing/using the E-cadamics application on their phones?

There are no separate charges for downloading the application however, standard data charges will be apply for installing & using the application. No monthly fee will be charged to parents/users.

What is the difference between the Standard and Premium Package?

Can a customer/school upgrade from standard package to premium package or downgrade vice versa?

Yes

What will be the process for upgrade or downgrade?

School will request to Telenor via sales person and package can be upgraded/downgraded.

In case of any compliant with the application by the users/parents what will be the complaint handling process?

In case school is facing any issue, they will report to Seller and Seller will forward the issue to Corp VAS team. For parents there will be email ID provided in the application description in the app store/play store where parent can email their issue which will be address by Corp VAS team directly.
