  • Call us anytime you have a query regarding your Telenor mobile subscription and our Customer Relations' Officers will try their best to solve your problem on the phone.
  • You can reach us by dialing 345 from your Telenor number or 042 111 345 100 and 051 111 345 100 from a landline number if you are calling from outside Islamabad and Lahore.
  • If you are calling from Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Lahore dial 111 345 100 .
  • If you are calling from another country please dial +92 42 111 345 100 or +92 51 111 345 100 .
  • Telenor Customer Relations is at your service 24 hours a day 365 days a year! And we mean that, so give us a try.
