Telenor Corporate Call and SMS (CCSMS) is a medium that allows to effectively communicate with all their stakeholders in various ways (SMS, IVR Broadcast, and Feedback Calls). CCSMS can be used to send branded SMS at any time either through the web portal or through an API Connection.

For bulk campaigns executed through the web portal, handset delivery for messages sent to Telenor subscribers is available, handset delivery for other operators is unavailable. For messages sent through APIs, handset delivery is not available, regardless of the network.

Yes, in most cases the ported number will receive a message from the application. Recently ported numbers might take some time before they are updated on the application.

No, masking functionality is unavailable for voice calls. All voice calls are sent through a default shortcode.

You will be billed for any credit purchased through the portal at the end of the month. This purchased credit can be used to send SMS or Calls and deductions in the credit purchase will be as per the rates given to you.

  • Unused credit expiry period is 30 days
  • 20% late payment surcharge will be applied in case of late payment by customer
    1. Customer must pay within 7 calendar days after invoice submission
    2. In case of late payment 20% surcharge will be applied
    3. Bounce cheque will also be considered as late payment
  • Additional payment will not be refundable, and customer must use additional payment within valid contract period
  • The Customer will be charged on periodic basis based on the credit expiry model. Account will be suspended if the account is not recharged or charging fails.
  • The Customer will be charged the monetary amount based on the volume commitment provided by the Customer and the rate approved by Telenor. This will be deemed as revenue commitment by the client.
  • Unused credit will expire after the mentioned expiry period and the account will be suspended if the Customer does not opt for recursive charging. If non-recursive, the Customer will have to renew the subscription based on the expiry term.
  • Any sort of SMS termination for International Clients (“International Clients” for this purpose shall mean the name on a particular product used in more than one country is an international brand; however any local brand with international presence would be treated as local if and only if it is registered as a corporate tax payer with FBR, Pakistan) are strictly prohibited. Any client/resellers found guilty of doing so will be penalized PKR. 30M and shall result in immediate termination of service and blacklisting. For avoidance of doubt, the Parties agree that the aforementioned definition for International Clients serves as a guideline, and Telenor reserves the final authority with respect to the decision that whether the client needs to send traffic via international route or domestic route
  • All the terms of the Postpaid Connection Form (PCF) executed by you (in respect of your Telenor connection) shall apply – provided that in the case of any discrepancy, the terms noted herein shall supersede the terms noted in the PCF.
  • Telenor issues no warranties in respect of the product or service, and Telenor’s only obligation in respect of any defect in the product shall be limited to making available to you (to the extent permissible and/or possible) the warranties issued by the supplier of the product
  • Accordingly, TELENOR shall not be liable for any loss, harm, damage, expense etc. that you may suffer or be threatened with on account of any disruption or malfunction of the services, or in case the services do not in any manner perform in accordance with your expectations, or industry or other standards etc.
  • You acknowledge that pursuant to expiration or early termination of the agreement between TELENOR and the supplier of the product you may no longer be able to use the products in relation to the services, and confirm that this shall not result in any claim against TELENOR.
  • You shall be liable to pay for the Corporate SMS services. This is in addition to payment for other services (e.g. voice, regular SMS, etc.) that you may avail from TELENOR. The customer will be liable to pay within 30 days.
  • With prior information to the Customer, the Usage Charges for the Corporate SMS service shall be determined exclusively by Telenor, by reference to details of usage recorded by Telenor.​​​​​​​
