For a change of ownership in the event that the owner of the SIM card resides abroad, Party B (the new owner) will need to visit our franchise and provide the following mandatory documents:

• Original CNIC of Party-B
• CNIC Copy of Party – A (both sides )
• Passport of the SIM owner, including proof of their residency abroad
• Duly Signed off NOC by both Parties

The franchise will obtain and scan these documents, which will be retained for future reference.
