Mobile Screen Insurance

WEBDOC in collaboration with the underwriters brings Mobile INSURANCE Theft & Screen coverage for the People of Pakistan. Clients can pay daily an amount of Rs. 13.5 per day for each cover and avail a Mobile Insurance cover for up to Rs. 30,000 on a pro-rata basis.

Subscription Method 

  • Call Center Only – Dial 727284 to register subscription request

Deactivation Method

We have made sure that the un-subscription process is as simple as subscription. Simply dial 727284 , select un-sub or text UNSUB to 727284 , alternatively please ring the help line 727200 and choose to un-sub.

Making a Claim:

Customers can dial 727284 and raise their claim. All they need is to provide Picture of IEMI Number of the phone or pre-registration before the event of claim Police Report / FIR – In case of theft Any Original Proper Bills to be claimed in case of damaged phone. – Damaged phone Only CNIC Both Sides

Notice Of Claims:

  • The Company shall be notified of the occurrence of the Insured Claim as soon as possible, but not later than 15 (FIFTEEN days) from the date of damage or theft, which shall be treated as time‑barred and the Company shall not be bound to pay the Claim.

  • Payment of claims is subject to exclusions, as outlined below. Mobile Insurance Cover shall not cover.
  • Any Pre-damaged Screen.
  • Already Lost or Stolen phones.
  • Lost phones.
  • Forcedly or purposely broken phones.
  • Payments less than 15 days in 2 months

Following documents must be provided within ninety (90) days of the date of occurrence of insured loss through the process explained below:
  1. Insured subscriber’s CNIC
  2. Hospitalization record giving dates of admission and discharge, diagnosis made and the treatment given
  3. Attending physician’s statement
  4. Police FIR and medico-legal report in situations where hospitalization is as a result of accident, violence, attempted self-destruction
All documents can be submitted in scanned form. However, the insurance company reserves the right to ask for original document as and when required.
In case of an insured loss, subscriber or in case of their death, family members, can notify through any of these methods: 1. Call at MicroEnsure helpline UAN 021-111-9-92232 2. Send an email at helpdesk.pakistan@microensure.com Please note that the claim notification must be submitted within ninety (90) days of occurrence of the insured loss and failure to do so can affect claim approval.  
Benefit amount will be calculated on the basis of subscription fee collected from you in a calendar month and your cover will start from first day of the following calendar month and finish at the end of the month in case of weekly subscription plans.
In order to enjoy maximum benefit under your plan, it is important that the due subscription fee is paid in full. However, in a situation where we are not able to collect full subscription fee, the benefit will be offered on a pro rata basis as stated above. We can understand this with the help of an example: Suppose you have enrolled yourself in Premier weekly package in January where weekly subscription fee is PKR 60+tax. In order to avail maximum benefits, you have to pay PKR 240+tax during January. Now assume that you could pay only PKR 120+tax during the month, your coverage available during February will be as per the following table:
