Any postpaid subscriber whose International Roaming is active.

You are not able to use or choose the MCP network, either international Roaming in not active on your subscription or MCP network in down. However, you can make emergency calls. Please use the online complaint form.

To make a call you have to dial the international prefix (“00” or “+”) and the country code before the phone number.
