Key Details:

The insurance duration is 30 days (According to the activation of the GSM mobile bundles)

Age Limit for enrollment: 18 – 65 years

Age Limit for Coverage: 18 – 66 years

Elimination or Waiting Period: 5 Days in case of first-time purchase or if there is a gap of 45 day between renewals. No Waiting Period in case of Accidental Hospitalization

Insurance claim will be only paid to the activated bundle users, who holds a registered SIM against their CNIC and name on which the bundle is activated.

Exclusions:

Conditions in which a claim is not payable:

Suicide and attempt to suicide, self-inflicted injury, and illegal act of the customer;

Pre-existing Health and Maternity Conditions;

Failure to seek or follow medical advice, taking of alcohol or drugs. medical expenses can be reimbursed without the condition of getting admitted into the hospital.

  1. What is the claim process?

  1. When does the coverage start for the customer?

Coverage will start as soon as a customer purchases and activates the Telenor GSM mobile bundle

  1. If the customer is not admitted to the hospital, will he get medical reimbursement?

Only in case of accidental medical reimbursements, the customer can show his medical expense slips and get the reimbursement; he does not need to be admitted to the hospital for this reimbursement.

  1. What is the Waiting or No Claim Period?                                                                                        A Waiting or No Claim Period is the duration during which policyholders cannot claim specific benefits.
  2. What does Beneficiary/Nominee mean?

Beneficiary/Nominee means a person or person(s) appointed by you to receive benefits payable under this plan. Beneficiaries must have insurable interest (for example: Wife, Mother, Father, Brother, Sister, Son, Daughter).

  1. Under what condition claim will not be paid?
