  • Off-Net Dialing refers to dialing on networks other than Telenor as well as dialing on PTCL landline.
  • 20 paisa charges will apply on dialing of USSDs for free resources check.
  • All standard tariff and bundle rates are exclusive of tax.
  • FED charges are 0% in GB and 19.5% in rest of Pakistan
  • Free line rent resources will be refreshed at the start of every bill cycle.
  • Helpline charges Rs. 2.00 are charged upon connecting to a customer relations officer
  • In a post-paid regime, if 10 MB or less data is left, then any initiated data session greater than 10 MBs will be charged as PayG
  • Line rent amount is inclusive of tax
  • On-Net Dialing refers to dialing on Telenor to Telenor numbers only
  • Price plan can be changed once in a billing cycle
  • Resources are provided in full. Billing is pro-rated, based on date of activation.
  • Telenor Pakistan has the right to update and revise the prices for its offerings as and when it sees fit
  • Withholding Tax of 15% will be charged nationwide, except in GB, when applicable
  • You can convert your postpaid number into prepaid number after 90 days
