Change of Ownership (Deceased)

Dear Customer, please visit your nearest franchise with the documents and information listed below:

  • CNIC (photocopy) of party ‘A’ (deceased person)
  • Original CNIC of Party ‘B’
  • Original Family Registration Certificate (FRC) from NADRA
  • Death Certificate issued by Local Authorities (Union Council/Municipal Corporation/etc)
  • Party A(Deceased Person) CNIC Cancellation Certificate issued by NADRA / Or SMS reply of CNIC cancellation from 7000
  • Affidavit on stamp paper from party ‘B’ (duly signed by party ‘B’ with their witness mentioned in FRC)

*Affidavit text format will be provided by Telenor franchise staff, which needs to be printed on a legal stamp paper along with signatures of party B and their witness*

  • CNIC of witness (relative, based on FRC)
  • Last recharge amount or two frequently dialed numbers from the number being transferred
  • Customer (party ‘B’) must have active SIM or SIM with visible IMSI
  • If customer doesn’t have the original SIM /Damaged sim then share the FIR. FIR  must have mobile number and deceased person’s CNIC

Important note :

  1. Only family members as verified by FRC (siblings, father, mother, spouse and children) can avail this facility
  2. All above documents presented must be original
  3. All above parameters should be met otherwise Telenor Pakistan has the right to reject the request
